What is blended learning?

Blended learning means using the combination of delivery and participation methods of learning that will produce the best possible results for your organisation and your current learning needs.

Blended learning should not be a disconnected set of face-to-face classes, online work, manuals and tests – but unfortunately this is often how it ends up.  Boring, repetitive, inflexible, ineffective learning that doesn’t engage and interest your employees at all. Result – a big waste of time, money and resources.
