Programme design and development

A robust learning programme means putting all the pieces together
Do you need a programme design?

We’ve seen many learning projects come to grief due to a lack of a ‘big picture’ – in other words, a well-designed programme of learning.
  • What do you need to achieve?
  • How will you know when you’ve achieved it?
  • What type of solution will really be effective?
  • How will the learning be structured?
  • How will you know if anything has been left out?
  • Does the learning take into consideration your overall business objectives and employee capability needs?
It can all seem a bit daunting if you don’t have plenty of strong learning and development resource in your organisation, but it doesn’t need to be.  It’s one of those ‘how do you eat an elephant’ jobs – as always, the answer is ‘one chunk at a time’.  We know the steps and processes involved, so we’ll help you stay on course and develop a really robust working framework for the learning that needs to be done in your organisation.

Once your learning programme design is in place, we can help as much or as little as required with everything needed to get your programme up and running, including:
  • courseware
  • assessment
  • results measurement
  • facilitator guides and
  • coaching resources

What is blended learning?

Blended learning means using the combination of delivery and participation methods of learning that will produce the best possible results for your organisation and your current learning needs.

Blended learning should not be a disconnected set of face-to-face classes, online work, manuals and tests – but unfortunately this is often how it ends up.  Boring, repetitive, inflexible, ineffective learning that doesn’t engage and interest your employees at all. Result – a big waste of time, money and resources.

Using only traditional learning methods won't work as effectively as a well-designed approach that incorporates a selection of carefully chosen and customised techniques. We can help you choose the right ones for your organisation.
