Most learning needs aren’t best solved by a one-size-fits-all approach.  If a standard solution will fix your problem, we’ll recommend that.  But if it isn’t, we’re not going to suggest you waste time and money on a solution that won’t do the job.
Effective customised learning solutions don’t need to be expensive – and when you work with us, they’re not.  How do we do that? 
  • Our team is highly experienced across the full range of practical learning and development and related technology skills – so we can work quickly and efficiently, involving exactly the right people for your project and saving you time and money.  
  • We’re New Zealand based, so we have a good understanding of how organisations like yours prefer to work and the type of learning solutions that will be effective. That means we can get moving right away, without the need for lengthy lead-in periods. 
  • Our technology partner is also New Zealand based (although many overseas organisations also use their services), so the options we’re able to offer you have been built by a New Zealand company for New Zealand organisations.  All the support you need is right here – no chasing after help desks operating in different time zones and no additional costs associated with overseas hosting and services.

  • How to work out what your people already know
    Your team will probably already have a range of skills and knowledge in the area where you’ve identified training is needed. 

    Are you really going to dish up exactly the same training for everyone? 

    How can you find out who knows what, and where they need upskilling?

    If you need help in this area, we can save you time and money and prevent the likelihood of turning your people off learning.

    We can complete a training needs analysis to work out exactly what you need as an organisation (sometimes what looks like a training problem isn’t!)  Then where it’s appropriate we’ll complete learning needs analysis for individuals to make sure they get exactly the learning opportunities they need to match their existing skills, knowledge and experience.

  • Support for your managers and coaches
    Coaches in organisations are among the most valuable learning resources we have – not only do they do their own job, but they’re good enough at it that they’ve become a ‘coach’ – the person we want to teach others the same job. 

    How much support do you give your coaches to do that great job? Are they pretty much left to their own devices, finding and developing their own resources and attending the odd meeting here and there?
